Upon completion of her military service, Katie launched Echo Printing and Promotional, a Service-Disabled Veteran Woman-Owned Small Business with her husband Ian, and father-in-law, Dennis. Within the first year, Katie became a Mother for the 2nd time while her husband Ian was called back into military service for a third deployment.
Katie has a diverse background that includes military logistics, education, healthcare, and management. While serving in the military, she achieved both her American and Italian jump wings. Katie met her husband Ian, while stationed together in Italy with the 173rd Airborne Brigade. During that time, Katie spent a year deployed in Afghanistan.
In early 2009, Katie joined forces with the Trio Group and became Trio Service Disabled Veteran. The value that comes along with being aligned with the Trio group of companies is the significant resources and knowledge they bring with over 50+ years of collective experience. This merge has allowed Katie to further her education in Business management while continuing to meet the goals of her valued clients.

Dennis has worked in the printing and promotional industry for over 12 years. During that time, he started his own distributorship with a client base of several hundred. Dennis contributes a vast knowledge of the industry, consistency, a large network of resources, along with his many years of experience. He prides himself in relationship building with his clients. His goal is to always provide superior customer service and excellent listening skills.
